Return

• Products must be returned within 3 days from delivery.
• Items must be in their original condition, with all tags, packing materials, courier receipt, invoice, and other required documents.
• Products that are damaged, used, or missing essential packaging may not be eligible for return.

Refund

• Once the returned product is received and inspected, Aggarwal Enterprises will initiate the refund to the original payment method immediately.
• Refunds may take 5-7 business days to reflect in the original payment method.
• Sale items and personal care products are non-refundable.

Service Provider Cancellation and Refund

• No refunds or cancellations are allowed once payment has been made for services.

Cancellation Policy

• Orders can be canceled within 24 hours of placement.
• After 24 hours, cancellations will not be entertained, but returns are still possible.
• Alternatively, customers may cancel orders before shipping. Once shipped, cancellation is not possible, but returns are allowed.
